We can guide you on how to use OneTouch® products and answer specific queries on problems you may be having using your meter, blood sampler or control solution.
We understand the importance you place on having a blood glucose system that works accurately. After troubleshooting any problems you may have over the phone, we will supply sundry items or replace the meter promptly if necessary.
To promote diabetes awareness and personal responsibility for self-care, LifeScan MEA provides literature to help people gain a better understanding of diabetes. We also provide replacement Record Books to existing users of OneTouch® meters.
