Tips for dental care
Manage your blood glucose levels to ensure that your gums and teeth stay healthy.
To keep your teeth and gums healthy:
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day.
- Floss your teeth daily.
- Look for signs of dental problems like sore, swollen or red gums that bleed when you brush your teeth, and shrinking gums.
- Remove and clean dentures daily.
- Have a dental check-up every six months.
